Ms. Streeter’s experience includes business consulting, mediation and case evaluation, civil and criminal litigation, complex federal litigation, and international business and trade issues.

General Practice Areas

As a general practitioner she is qualified to provide and has provided advice on a wide variety of matters, including:

Electronic Technology: Technology in the Practice of Law

Related to her business advising, Ms.Streeter also advises attorneys and businesses on establishing and maintaining an Internet presence on their own without costly modifications by outside technicians. She webmasters several sites, including this one. With her training in commerical art and as an art educator, Ms. Streeter also advises on website design.

She also advises on other user technologies, such as web browswers, word processing and litigation preparation software common to the practice of law.

Fees

Legal matters. All work is based upon an hourly fee plus actual costs, and requires a retainer (several hours of work pre-paid) before any work is performed. The amounts of the hourly fee and the retainer depend upon the nature of the case or work involved and must be discussed with Ms. Streeter directly. In most cases, Ms. Streeter does not represent individuals on a contingent fee basis (where the attorney fee and costs are dependent upon recovery and paid from the outcome of the case). 

Technology Advising.  Work advising in the area of technology in the law office is also based on an hourly rate plus actual costs and requires a retainer that is dependent upon the project involved.

Representation and Consultation. Inquiries about legal representation or technolgy support should be made by telephone directly to Ms. Streeter at 1.734.222.0088. Email correspondence is generally reserved for clients, colleagues and the courts.
